Through operating the largest independently owned truckwash company in the UK, we get asked a lot of questions about our market-leading services.
Here is a round-up of some of our most frequently asked questions for our truckwash division.
Where are the LPW Truckwash Sites?
We have six strategically placed truck washing facilities located across the UK. You can find these at Alconbury, Avonmouth, Castleford, Coneygarth, Felixstowe, and Purfleet.
In addition, we have a dedicated mobile fleetwash service which means that our team can clean your fleet on your own site, at a time to suit you. This is what sets us apart from our competition as we are able to offer customers complete flexibility for vehicle cleaning.
Do you Charge for Wheel Acid?
Unlike many truckwash competitors, we do not charge for wheel acid. This allows us to offer competitive pricing for our customers.
Is there a Truckwash Loyalty Card Scheme?
Yes, we run a loyalty scheme for drivers at our truck wash sites. Drivers receive free cleaning gifts in order to maintain their working environment as a reward for keeping the outside of their vehicle looking great.
We have also recently launched #LPWTYT – tag your truckwash. To be in with the chance of winning a monthly prize, drivers need to share pictures of their truckwash experience on social media platforms Facebook and Instagram, tagging @truckwashuk and using the hashtag #LPWTYT (LPW Tag your Truckwash).
At the end of each month, LPW will select and announce one lucky winner for the free prize.
What Methods of Payment are Accepted?
We accept payments by cash/card, prepaid wash tokens, fuel card or payment on account.
Are any Eco-Friendly Initiatives in Place?
We are committed to providing a quality service to customers in the most sustainable way.
To do this, our purpose-built mobile fleetwash vans are equipped with a unique waste water containment and recycling system to take care of drainage and discharge.
Mobile Fleetwash’s unique practices not only ensure an eco-friendly approach, but also solve any drainage or discharge issues a customer may face.
