Collected wastewater is safely transported to licensed disposal facilities, where it’s handled according to strict environmental protocols. 

How Our Drainage-Safe System Evolved 

Back in 2018, as demand for our on-site fleet cleaning service continued to grow, we started facing a challenge: many customer sites weren’t permitted to dispose of wastewater down their drains. Rather than turn those clients away, we got to work on a smarter solution. 

We developed a custom system that allows us to temporarily block drains, intercept wastewater during the wash, and pump it directly back into tanks in our Mobile Fleetwash units. Once cleaning is complete, the system is removed, the site is left as we found it, and the wastewater is safely transported to an approved disposal site. 

This method was created in collaboration with the Environment Agency, who licensed the process and helped us identify appropriate disposal facilities nationwide. 

We also hold a Waste Carriers License and provide a Waste Transfer Note for each site we clean — confirming that: 

  • No wastewater entered the local drainage system 
  • All waste was contained and safely removed 
  • The disposal was fully compliant with environmental regulations
